Edit: The contest is now closed. Thanks for the comments. Winner

Edit: Apparently you can buy it now at the online DG Store!!! But free is still a good deal.

I have a couple copies of the graphic novel The Gadarene to give away. A little bird told me it's going to be officially released this weekend at the Desiring God National Convention. I think it was a LaParra-keet.

The contest is going to run until this Thursday, September 30th at 5:00 p.m. CST. I'll send out a signed copy (by me unfortunately, not John Piper) Friday morning, assuring you that you are the first of your friends to have one.

All you have to do is comment below. That's right, just comment. Doesn't have to be anything profound, just say something like, "sign me up." And be sure to enter your email in the comment form. That way I can get in touch with you if you win.

Feel free to repost to Twitter: Watch the trailer and comment on this post to win THE GADARENE before you can buy it from @drewblom. http://bit.ly/aH0aRB

This is like a prayer being answered... the nerd side that exists in a lot of us pastors is finally rising to the surface!! What a great medium to give to our kids... modern day catechisms anyone? And now we can support our love for Graphic Novels with "Dr. Piper has one too!" Thank you for doing this!

I believe this genre that Pastor Piper is inaugurating, will become an effective evangelistic tool that can reach the younger generations. Praise be to God for the vision of the entire DesiringGod organization.

this looks so wonderful! I've been thinking it would be neat if we were able to have a book that illustrates and guides us through Scripture, as this book does this text, along the lines of Jesus conquering the power of sin over our lives and sometimes how we go and subject ourselves to that sin again when we do actually sin.
